- Tissue Processing & Cell Isolation: Learn how to take cells from living tissues, isolate them, and grow them under carefully controlled laboratory conditions.
- Culture Types Explained: Understand the difference between Primary Cultures, Continuous (Immortalized) Cultures, Adherent Cultures, and Suspension Cultures.
- Aseptic Techniques: Maintain contamination-free environments using biosafety cabinets and sterile handling.
- Cell Staining & Microscopic Analysis: Practice essential staining methods, including Trypan Blue viability, Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E), MTT Assay, and Giemsa staining, to analyze cell morphology and viability.
